The Neurode 53 series are rugged computer solution for mission critical application. It is designed for applications  that needs powerful processing engine yet in a compact and rugged foot print. It is loaded with MS Windows XP Professional and/or Linux Operating System. 
The system comes with 160 GB hard drive,  1 GB dynamic memory , a GE Ethernet port  with  triple speed 10/100/1000 Base-TX, Quad USB 2.0, a Serial port reconfigurable as  RS232 / RS422 / RS485.  Two FireWire IEEE1394 Camera interface makes it good choice for machine vision application. A  8-bit programmable Digital I/O is embedded with system,  for controlling peripheral equipment  for  Lab and factory automation . A 12 V DC out put port is available from the system to drive some small external devices like machine vision camera.  With the Neurode-53, there are no more worries about installing many necessary devices to complete the functions of your system.
The display of Neurode-5311 supports standard CRT/LCD display. Standard key board and mouse and all other standard peripheral can be used with Neurode-53 Rugged Computer.
