Illumination
for Machine Vision
Optics
and Illumination techniques play crucial role in
machine
vision applications. Most of machine vision projects
implementation suffer from the lack of understanding of
optical
theory and adequate illumination technique and control over
the
light on the
field of view. Neurotech has developed a range of LED illumination and
controller addressing machine vision requirements.
It is
not
so important that you buy an
expensive
illumination sub-system
but it is important that the illumination used on application
is
suitable for your application and renders a consistent
image, it is important how it is
positioned and how
it is controlled.
Camera
for Machine Vision
Accumulated
machine vision know-how has enabled Neurotech to customize a range of
cameras suitable for machine vision applications,
these cameras do not requires frame grabbers on the
host
machine, the host interface
are USB, Fire Wire and Giga bit Ethernet ( GE). Advantages of
these cameras are on flexibility of the internal
controls on image acquisition and data
handling as well as on external IO controls.
Active
Noise Cancellation
Data
Acquisition, specially on high accuracy image acquisition
needs
a platform with no vibration. Thanks to Neurotech's long
experience in
signal processing our active noise cancellation technique
are customized and adapted for machine vision application.
